Personal Settings Pages

Personal Settings affect only the current account. Global policies and service configuration remain under administrator pages.

Account Management​

Menu: Personal Settings > Account Management

Visibility: All users

  • Update the login and display names.
  • Choose system, light, or dark appearance and compact, standard, or comfortable density.
  • Set the default reply language, detail level, and workflow style.
  • Change the login password and manage personal sender addresses.

Personal Approval Policy​

Menu: Personal Settings > Personal Approval Policy

Visibility: Advanced-mode users

  • Review the default handling for each risk level.
  • Add stricter user rules for specific tools or actions.
  • Personal rules cannot relax mandatory administrator approval boundaries.
