Public feedback makes discussion and progress easier to track. Email is better for context that should not be public. Do not send real keys, tokens, verification codes, customer data, or other unnecessary sensitive information through either channel.
What to Include
- The task you are trying to complete.
- The current problem or limitation.
- The result you expect.
- Your xAgent version and relevant environment.
- Necessary screenshots or reproduction steps, with sensitive information hidden first.
A clear real-world scenario is easier to evaluate than a feature name alone. For documentation problems, include the page URL and the section that needs attention.
